In case you missed it, Supernatural will expand its universe with a spinoff series called "Wayward Sisters." The series is still currently in development on the CW and is expected to launch in 2018 or 2019.

Who created it and who are the cast members?
The spinoff hails from Supernatural exec producer Andrew Dabb and will feature cast members from the original series as well as new faces including: Briana Buckmaster as Donna Hanscum, Clark Backo as Patience Turner, Katherine Ramdeen as Alex Jones, Kathryn Newton as Claire Novak and Kim Rhodes as Jody Mills.
What's the premise?
According to the CW, Wayward Sisters follows the character of Sheriff Jody Mills and a group of troubled young women - all orphaned by supernatural tragedy - these "wayward sisters" emerge as a formidable force against the supernatural, under Mills's training and protection.
How will the show be introduced?
It will be launched as a backdoor pilot in an episode of Supernatural season 13.
