Much like the tomb, we’ll be getting answers re: Elena’s adoption before the initial season of The Vampire Diaries’ concludes.
Fancast received some spoilers from Julie Plec herself:
“This week’s episode will make it very clear to viewers that the mystery of Elena’s adoption will be an important part of this season – and that there will be answers.”
She doesn’t give a whole lot away, but it’s certainly enough to whet our appetites for Children of the Damned!
