Thanks to TV Guide I have a few spoilers to share. Now it looks as if Isobel, Elena’s Biological mother, might be returning as well, plus news on the Damon/Bonnie front.

The CW has released a short new promo entitled, “We Own The Night” for “The Vampire Diaries”. There is also a new Australian promo that CQtv has released for 2011.

I spoiled earlier about Ian Somerhalder’s character Damon Salvatore filming a bath/shower scene for episode 13. Now we have conformation, thanks to People from the star himself that he was not alone. I wonder if it was sweet Rose, or another Mystic Falls Beauty.

Elena has been a fiery force of nature these last few episodes and even though her screen time in “By The Light Of The Moon” was diminished, her ‘Petrova Fire’ was still burning brightly. I love that they have brought the selflessness of Elena from the books into the series.

Fanbolt has released some juicy teasers about their set visit to “The Vampire Diaries”. At the grill Emma was able to chat with just about every cast member and managed to get some 2011 spoilers.

EW had the chance to speak with Michael Trevino after Thursday’s transformation episode, “By The Light Of The Moon”. The new werewolf spoils about things to come, especially were Jules is concerned.

TV Squad‘s Maggie Furlong made a trip to Mystic Falls, a.k.a. Covington GA, to visit “The Vampire Diaries” set. A vampire, a werewolf, a witch, oh my! Plus, an up and coming Vampire Hunter who can’t be killed and the most oblivious guy around Mystic Falls.

Last night’s episode, “By The Light Of The Moon” prepped us perfectly for a windfall of story to come in 2011. There were huge chunks of mythology and purpose revealed last night and Executive Producer Kevin Williamson chatted with Popwrap about what’s to come when the “The Vampire Diaries” returns January 27th. He spoiled about returning characters, Damon’s emotional development, family ties and much more.

“The Vampire Diaries” had an outstanding Fall Finale and Michael Trevino~Tyler Lockwood is certainly MVP in my book. We have lots to look forward to in 2011. “The Vampire Diaries” next new episode, “The Descent”, is scheduled to air January 27th after the holiday hiatus and the CW has kindly released the promo.
