ITS NOT KATHERINE! ITS ELENA! cause it’s not a flashback, if it was damon’s hair would be curly. And they wouldnt bring katheine back right away, they would build up to it. And even if they did, damons seriously pissed off at katherine, so he wouldnt kiss her. SO THERE FOR ITS ELENA AND DAMON! unless elena’s dreaming, but i highly doubt it!

actually, it is katherine…she gets to the house with elenas change of clothes and other stuff, kisses damon, then goes to talk to john. i know this cause when elena arrives, and shes talking to stefan, she says someone stole her clothes. katherine had her clothes when she arrived. connect the dots people

he just thinks its elena, but i think he kinda knew something was different cause of the way he acted
