Spoiler Scoop: Secret Life Q&A with Zap2It’s Korbi Ghosh

Who would have guessed that sharing the baby (John) would ever come to a custody battle – not Amy and Ricky, right? Well, whether you’re on Ashley’s side on this one or not, it looks like Ricky will indeed be going before a judge and fighting for legal rights before the season is through. Sound scary? Maybe not as scary as the prospect of the two getting together. Or is it…? ( SPOILERS AHEAD ):

They will not. Not anytime soon, anyway. Ricky’s desire for legal rights to John will continue and the two will end up before a judge this season.

Okay, so they won’t be getting together just yet. Or maybe not at all. But Ben seems to be taking things well, anyway:

Now that Ben and Amy are broken up, will things be super uncomfortable between them and with Ricky too? -Kate
Seems as though everyone’s staying cordial. Ben will even vouch for Ricky, saying that he’s a good dad during the “custody” battle and he won’t forget to mention what a good mother Amy is as well.
