The last two previous episodes of Touch were purely connected through numbers signaled by Martin Bohm's (Kiefer Sutherland) eleven year old son, Jake (David Mazouz). Literally, the boy hasn't spoken a word from the very beginning. We've only heard a few screams during a fight scene of Martin Bohm with another man. This leads us to a conclusion that Kiefer Sutherland's character will be counting on nothing but numbers as a way of communicating with his son for we don't know how long. Meantime, we know that next week's episode is going to be another set of suspenseful drama. Catch this latest spoiler from TV Guide:
"So that's it? From here on in, my life is just going to be hunting down random numbers for Jake?"
Touch's Martin Bohm (Kiefer Sutherland) does have a point.
But can he afford not to pick up what his son is laying down? Arthur (Danny Glover) says the numbers point to disorder in the universe — and the people in pain who are attached to those numbers, Jake (David Mazouz) included.
