Alright, let's put a stop on your tantrums for a sec. Relax. Take a chill pill.
We get that it's awful not to get a glimpse of Daryl on the midseason premiere! To cheer you up, how bout we offer you some scoopage about the badass zombie slayer?
(Please note that I don't normally do this. But since I have always imagined Daryl saving my b*tt in an impending apocalypse, I'll make sure that the writers don't decide to kill him off.
In hindsight, I don't really have the power to do that. Let's just take that expression and translate it into something like, "Knock, knock. Here's me delivering you the must-read spoilers about Daryl". Yeah. I think that sounded better.)
Speaking of spoilers, The Walking Dead boss Gale Ann Hurd has previewed Daryl Nixon's (Norman Reedus) trajectory on the current season's second half. Via E! Online, read on for the latest:
"Daryl had found a new family after the loss of his own brother, and he had become not only a valued and respected member, but someone who could actually joke around," The Walking Dead's executive producer Gale Anne Hurd tells us.
"He was finally beginning to see the light at the end of a very dark and brutal tunnel, and now that's been ripped apart with the fall of the prison, with the banishment of Carol. We'll have to see how he copes with those twin tragedies."
Here's a sneak peek for next week's episode "Inmates":
