Rob Benedict, also known as Chuck on the CW’s Supernatural lands a role on The Mentalist — EW. com learned exclusively.
Benedict will play Paul Friedman, an adjunct professor and PhD candidate who works in the same lab where a student was murdered.
He will appear on the procedural on mid-February with the episode titled “Red in Tooth and Claw”.
