/ MAJOR UPDATE: TVLine reports that Ashley Argota (True Jackson, VP) has been cast to play Brandon's potential new love interest, Lucy "Lou".
Argota, who also starred in Nickelodeon’s Bucket and Skinner’s Epic Adventures, will join the drama in Season 2 as Lou, an attractive singer in whom Brandon takes an interest. While it’s no wonder why Lou catches Brandon’s eye — she’s described a single-minded, charismatic free spirit — the pairing is sure to strike a chord with fans holding out hope for a Brandon/Callie reunion.
E! Online spoils here and here that in season 2 of The Fosters, Brandon will find himself with a new band - and he also might be getting a new love interest in recurring character, Lou (Lucy) - his new band's "charismatic and free-spirited lead singer".
Brandon is joining a new band and getting a new love interest in season two! Look for Lou, the new band's charismatic and free-spirited lead singer, to have quite the impact, though she doesn't handle criticism too well. The role is recurring, so Lou will be sticking around for quite some time. (Deep breaths, Brallie fans. Deep breaths.)
Brandon will soon meet Lou (short for Lucy) is an 18-year-old singer who is as attractive as she is charismatic — just don't criticize her work or you'll be met with a whole lotta attitude. And Mateo is a friend of Wyatt's who quickly realizes that Brandon's classical music background could be exactly what their band needs.
What do you think this new development will mean about Brandon's feelings toward Callie?
