Sabrina the Teenage Witch is on the move.
Originally developed for the CW as a companion series of Riverdale, the now untitled project has been given a straight to series order from Netflix. The streaming giant has ordered 20 epsisodes of the series to be divided in two seasons.
According to THR, production for the first ten episodes will begin on February until June, with the second batch to resume from June to October. The writers are said to begin working Monday, with a premiere date yet to be determined.
Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who penned the pilot, is still attached as executive producer alongside Arrowverse boss, Greg Berlanti.
