CASTIEL AWAKENS FROM HIS COMATOSE STATE

  • Meg (guest star Rachel Miner) calls Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) and tells them Castiel (guest star Misha Collins) is awake and talking.
  • Meanwhile, a teenager named Kevin (guest star Osric Chau) gets hit by a bolt of lightning and is turned into a reluctant prophet.

    I’m confused how can 2 archangels be involved 2 are in the cage and 2 are dead leaving well …zero. is this a misprint or are they just gonna go the sera gamble route and open another arc they prob won’t follow up on?

    There are 7 acrhangels in total. 2 in a cage 2 dead which leaves samuel, jophiel and raguel.

    I understand that part but in season 5 a few times it was noted that there were only 4 gabriel,raphael,michael , and lucifer. Just seems they are once again disregarding supernatural mythology of previous season. A continuing trend on sera gamble’s reign.

    They need John Shiban back writing for Supernatural he understood the chemistry between the brothers. He, like the late Kim Manners, also worked on the X-files. He needs to come back to Supernatural to help fix it. Dean and Sam are supposed to be the best two hunters on the planet, but, Dean gets banged around a lot, and Sam always needs saving from something. We need them to be the tough and smart heroes they once were.

    I thought they said only 4 angels saw the face of God.  I don’t think they meant that there were only 4 archangels total.
