    Cas has a point. I mean, if the cage works the same as the rest of Hell, then Sam’s soul’s been down there 190 years give or take a few years (May-May is 12 months, then add June, July, August, September, October, November, and it’s now December – at least, if the show’s going by our calender again). Dean suffered from PTSD just after 40 years, think about how bad off Sam’s gonna be once they rescue him!
