Suits season 2 is back this winter, yay! Mark your calendars on January 17 for an all new episode of the USA legal drama. But before you do that, we have a spoiler offering to whet your Pearson Hardman appetite.

In an interview with Zap2it, co-star Sarah Rafferty weighed-in on what’s ahead on the Civil War ready to wreak havoc on Jessica and Harvey. However, her onscreen character Donna is also facing a rabbit hole on her own. Last time, Donna had to face  the hard truth about a recovered document that can end the career of Harvey. The file, which had her signature on it pushed Donna to hit the panic button — an irresponsible move which eventually lead to her termination. But since she and Harvey are quite the dream team, she hopped back as the fax whisperer in no-time.

Still the firm is facing a big threat. And with Louis not on their side, how can these major events play for the hot NY fixers? Read on for the spoiler testimonies Rafferty told the Q&A.

What’s in store for Donna in the second half of the season?

The firm is going to be busy picking up the pieces in the back-six after the power struggle that we went through in the beginning of the season. So Donna is going to be busy, you know, helping out with Harvey [Gabriel Macht] and, you know, having her usual fun.

How will the other characters deal with Louis (Rick Hoffman) after his betrayal?

I think everybody is going to be a — got to be a little guarded about Louis because, you know, they feel really betrayed by him. So [Donna] is — it’s going to be a process, their relationship is going to be a process and Louis is going to, you know, have to work at that going forward.
