The Scandal cast has been live tweeting for the reruns during this hiatus, and last night Bellamy Young provided an interesting spoilery tidbit.

Jerry and Karen are the names of the two older Grant children as revealed in the pilot episode last season. And Shonda Rhimes already mentioned that we would see them soon. We’ll have to see what develops!
