Sara Rue and Bruno Campos will appear as guest stars on the same episode set for mid-February.

Sara Rue will play Shira – a mother with a premature baby who must decide to continue putting the baby through traumatic surgeries or let her child die. And Bruno Campos will play Dr. Scott Bostick – Charlotte’s new boy toy who has a pill-popping problem.
