Doesn't it sure seem like the Pretty Little Liars writers are starting to push Lucy Hale's Aria and Gregg Sulkin's Wes "little brother" Fitz together now that Ezra's temporarily out of the picture? Well PLL writer, Bryan Holdman said on Twitter recently that that couldn't be further from the truth.
@getoutjackie The point is not for Aria and Wesley to fall in love.

Then what is "the point", you ask? In earlier spoilers, PLL executive producer, Oliver Goldstick has mentioned that Aria will start to question her relationship with Ezra from a teenager standpoint - is this suddenly "grown-up" world really what she wants? Actor Gregg Sulkin has also talked a little bit about Wes' attraction to Aria (check out this post).
What do you think, is putting Aria and Wesley together really just a plot device to make Ezria's relationship stronger?
