Pretty Little Liars Season 3 Spoilers: Does Mona Set a Fire at Rosewood High?

We've all heard that in the season 3 midseason premiere, Mona (Janel Parrish) will be reemerging from Radley Sanitarium to rejoin the students - and the Liars - at Rosewood High. As the title of the episode says, she's "better now", which is what Mona will be claiming herself. But Aria, Hanna, Spencer, and Emily won't be so quick to believe it, and should we? Especially after hearing the spoiler that a fire will be deliberately set to the school during the episode.

"The Liars don't exactly welcome the A-Team-er back to Rosewood High with open arms (can you blame ‘em?), and at one point, Mona actually roams the halls clutching—wait for it--a butcher knife! Not that she's the only scary thing happening at school: Look for one antagonistic character from the past to return as a sub for a teacher on maternity leave, while another turns up as a majorly creepy janitor—but only one of them gets trapped in a deliberately set fire."

Which makes sense, considering the fire in one of the promo photos for "She's Better Now" (see left). But is Mona the one who sets the trap, or is it someone else? (Should we be suspecting Toby?)

Meanwhile, who are you expecting to see as the new substitute teacher and janitor at Rosewood High? (And am I the only one wondering if we know the teacher on maternity leave?)
