Pretty Little Liars showrunner, Marlene King has been hard at work writing the season 3 finale, and over Twitter she shared this interesting clue:

A “bell over the door” and an “incoming customer” suggest a shop or store of some sort. Could Marlene be referencing the Spook-tacular Halloween store, or something else entirely?
This “incoming customer” must be relevant too, who do you think it is?
