‘Person of Interest’ Season 2 Casting Spoilers: Julian Sands to Guest, Plus Carrie Preston to Return

Person of Interest has found its next villain in Julian Sands. And the real-life Mrs. Michael Emerson will be making a return visit.

TV Guide provided these casting spoilers for the upcoming Season 2:

Person of Interest has found a villain in hunky English actor Julian Sands (24, Smallville). Sands will play Alistair, a diabolical international adversary who gives Reese a run for his money. So far Sands is only signed for one episode, but producers are hoping to bring him back for more. And the real-life wife of Michael Emerson, True Blood‘s Carrie Preston, will also return as Finch’s former fiancée, Grace, for a special episode that explores the romantic pasts of all the characters.

Person of Interest returns next Thursday, September 27, at 9 pm on CBS.

    It will be a good thing to see Julian Sands on the show
    because he is a fantastic actor. Every episode I’ve ever seen him on any show
    has always been great and I’m sure that he will do the same for this show. I’ve
    got my Hopper set to record the new season when it starts next week. My DISH
    co-workers are pretty excited for this show to be back on the air and I agree.
    Sometimes the times in between season seems so long but now that fall TV is in
    full swing I won’t have to worry about being stuck with reruns or extreme boredom.
