Thomas Dekker of The Secret Circle recently gave an interview for the new pilot project. The witchy script has be rewritten by none other than TVD Creator/EP Kevin Williamson, and now TSC is a frontrunner for one of open spots on the CW’s Fall line-up. Dekker has been cast in the lead male role of Adam and will play a possible love interest for Cassie Blake~Britt Robinson.
“I haven’t done TV in a couple years now,” he said. “It’s a grind, it’s a lot of hard work, but it’s really rewarding. The show is great, and I get to be a male witch. A warlock. Who doesn’t want to do that?”
Dekker is very hopeful the show will be picked up and to tease us even more, he reveals that there’s a very “steamy” moment in the pilot.
“I joke that was our Twilight moment. I have to run after Brittany Robertson and in the rehearsal I kept calling her Bella. I haven’t seen the Twilight movies, but I hear that’s what that girl is called,” he mused.
