“Hart of Dixie” re-teams “The O.C.” creator Josh Schwartz with star Rachel Bilson. Bilson will play a young doctor who moves to a small Southern town full of eccentric people after she inherits a medical practice. “Friday Night Light’s” Scott Porter and Jaime King co-star.
