I’ve seen the promo for this week’s new Modern Family, and boy does it look to be a comedy of errors. Isn’t every family vacation? Betcha can’t guess what it’s about now.
We know the whole Modern Family is going all Hawaii on us, but other than that, we’ve got to wonder – anything else new coming up? Something interesting indeed is coming up, for the Dunphy clan. Especially “Feel”.
“Dude, you should label those sticks.” So…Dylan’s band is out a drummer. You know, Haley’s-band-boyfriend-I-just-wanna-do-you Dylan. And Cameron drums! How ’bout that. So guess who’s going to fill in?
Comedy lovers, I know you’re anxious to see Grandpa Dunphy (Fred Willard) in action – just like I know you girls out there are anxious to see more of Haley’s band-boyfriend Dylan.
Ready for more Fred Willard on Modern Family? Because Phil’s dad – a.k.a “Grandpa Dunphy” – is back for a visit in this next new Modern Family….
“I’m not sure we like the same music.” “Because I’m gay?” “Because you’re old.”
Can you? Unfortunately we’re going to have to, but in the meantime – Ausiello’s got a short little spoiler for us:
Anyone who remembers “Deck the Halls” during the holiday season, will remember Phil’s father, Frank (as portrayed by Fred Willard). Well, get ready for more Frank because Fred Willard is returning to his Modern Family to reprise the role in an upcoming episode….
“Everybody dies, boys. Let’s focus on what’s important.” And that…is…making sure the father-in-law doesn’t completely take over the boys’ basketball team when the hot-tempered coach bails.
Luke and Manny have a basketball coach with a bit of a temper, and “there’s two things that can handle this coach.”
