This week's new episode of Modern Family sounds like it will definitely have its ups and downs. We'll finally get to see Manny's absent father, Javier (Benjamin Bratt), and apparently Jay's not too happy with the arrangement. But there's always laughs as part of the deal, as Claire rushes a (dramatic) kidney stone-suffering Phil to the hospital and Mitch and Cam attempt to "sleep train" Lily. Or should I say, Ferberize.
Official spoilers (episode synopsis) for episode 11 of Modern Family, "Up All Night".
