Fred Willard’s Part of the Family: He’ll Be Back Next Season

After the successful casting of Fred Willard as Frank, Phil Dunphy’s dad (or as I refer to him, “Daddy Dunphy”), fans of Willard and Modern Family alike will be happy to know that he’s coming back for more fun in season 2:

“They said that I should be back, because they asked me for my photo to put in the hallway there on the set — that I’m part of the family now!” Willard tells TV Guide Magazine.
