Recently announced that Bobby Cannavale (Will & Grace) would be guest-starring in a future Modern Family episode as Louis, Cam’s former partner-in-clowning, now sources reveal that the show is also casting for a couple more clowns!
Our sources tell us that [Modern Family is] currently casting for two very important upcoming roles: Chuckleberry and Bubbles! Just who are these weird-os going to be you might ask? Clowns, of course.
Think there’s going to be a clown reunion? (Somebody better alert the Phil.) If not a reunion for Fizbo, there is one event on the show we can look forward to – a wedding! Sort of:
A Family spy reports that the Dunphy and Pritchett clans were shooting scenes at a Los Angeles-area church last week and “it was definitely a wedding or commitment ceremony.” Alas, a source close to the show tells [TV Line] that the bride and groom are merely family friends, adding that producers “just wanted everyone at a wedding.”
