- Ethan (Blair Redford) is in danger of failing school, so Emma offers to tutor him, breaking her plans with Thayer (Christian Alexander) in the process.
- Laurel (Allie Gonino) decides to ask out Jordan (Ryan Rottman), but ends up bringing Mads (Alice Greczyn) along on their date.
- And new evidence comes to light that may exonerate Alec (Adrian Pasdar), or may further prove his guilt.
