We will finally see Wilson’s mysterious first ex-wife (he’s had 3). EW’s Ausiello is reporting that Cynthia Watros has been cast as Wilson’s ex, and now she’s his new girlfriend!

If her name sounds familiar to Lost fans out there, that’s because she played tragic Libby. While she didn’t last long on that show, she will be on House for multiple episodes, beginning in April.
