Hart of Dixie books That 70s actress, Debra Jo Rupp to play Wanda’s mother, TV Line has learned exclusively.

Rupp will play Betsy Maynard, Wanda’s gin-loving mom who comes to Bluebell for a visit. Unfortunately, she becomes such a handful, her daughter pawns her off on Zoe.

‘Hart of Dixie’ airs Tuesdays on the CW.
