Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Spoilers: 'HIMYM' actor Josh Radnor cast as Mer's love interest + Episode 5 Guide & Photos

How I Met Your Mother actor Josh Radnor is moving to Seatlle.

Radnor has been apped to play one of Meredith's love interest on the medical drama's current fifteenth season. According to TV Line, Radnor will guest-star in the Oct. 11 installment as "a mystery man with whom Meredith goes on a blind date."

Further details about his character are being kept under wraps.

Radnor's mystery man is not the only one Ellen Pompeo's character will be dating. Per showrunner Krista Vernoff, fans should expect to see Mer going on multiple dates this season.

"What we're doing that's different than what we've seen is, she's gotta go on dates," the EP told TV Guide.

"Like in real life, love doesn't always land in your lap with the first date. And so, we're leaning into that a little bit."

In other Grey's news, worried fans of Dr. Jackson Avery may now rest assured that the hot doc's disappearance will soon get an explanation. The scoop was confirmed by TV Line in a report, so stay tuned this week!

Also, the official description and promotional images for the show's Oct. 15th installment titled "Everyday Angel," has been released.
