Well, we hate to be the bearer of not-so-good news, but the portrayer of Jackson Avery, Jesse Williams has previewed via TV Guide that the handsome doc will find himself struggling -- both professionally and romantically when Grey's Anatomy resumes its tenth season (beginning on Feb. 27).

"It's incredibly tense and there are going to be a lot of regrets either way," Jesse Williams says of April's choice. Williams also teases that Jackson will face new professional challenges. "He is really going to have to find a balance between his personal relationships and his bias and the fact that the Avery Foundation runs everything, but he's very junior to some of the other attendings."
