Grey’s Anatomy Season 6 Finale: Five Things You Should Know About The Finale!

We’ve posted promos and sneak peeks for the season finale, but now we’ve got spoilers in a diff form: flat out spoilers. Check out TV Guide’s list of five things we should know about the Grey’s Anatomy Season 6 Finale!

1. There will be a shooter… and this person will be going after surgeons.

2. Believe the promos and sneak peeks: Meredith really is pregnant.

3. Cristina and Meredith grow up a lot in this episode in that they both become “more adult” in their decision making and actions.

4. Expect deaths, including those of people we know.

5. There will be a happy ending for a fan-fav couple.

    ‘Expect deaths?’ As in more than one?! Crazy. I hope it’s one of those Mercy West doctors who gets shot though (except Avery, he’s hot). Leave our Seattle Grace people alone, I love them.

    I love Cowen so I hope Owen sorts it out quick because Cristina doesn’t deserves his bullshit.

    owen annoys me lol idono why its something about his acting he`s better off with teddy cause i don`t think he loves christina that much. I think Ben gets shot cause he`s leaving the show and I`m also thinking derek cause in the promo mers face looked soooooooo torn so im guessing derek or lexie someone close to mer

    I’m with you about killin Mercy West characters…except Avery…but I think the shooter could be Bailey’s husband…Tucker…she sleeps with Ben and he found out…maybe…more likely the husband of the life support lady…but Derrick will get shot…probably Alex Lexi or Sloan too…unfortunately…I want Owen to get shot…I don’t like him nor his acting…and Lexi needs to get back with Sloan if they both make it through this episode…and yeah Merideth is prego for now…something tells me she’s gonna miscarry

    I think Merideth will carry the baby to term becasue she had a baby in real life and it would be hard to hide her 9 month prego body. I say that the shooter is deffinatly the guy from a couple episodes ago whose wife derek declared dead. Because of this I think that Derek will be shot but of course he can’t die. I say people we are not attached to will be killed. Mercy westers are going. I hope they dont hurt christina or Bailey again and kill of their loves. They really need to get rid of Alex because he has been hurt to many times and now Lexi is going to dump him again. He just can’t sleep with anyone else its getting a little out of control.

    she hates Reed…

    AND she could maybe have post traumatic stress disorder but maybe no-one realised coz they were too obsessed with Owen !?

    @Tanya… I think its a possibility that the old chief gets shot as well. Because that actor has said that he wants to pursue a movie-making career like katherine heigl did. This could explain Mers facial expression in the promo since he is like a father figure to her.

(which is good anyway cause’ i hate him) I think that lexi or derek will get shot or hell christina but i was kinda hoping it was izzy(the shooter) but i guess not:( o well i love lexi so thats all i no. i dont know it could be alex or sloan too. well i guess we’ll have to wait and see .

    Hopefully, the fan-fave couple with the happy ending will be Callie and Arizona. They belong together and deserve the happy ending. They love each other, regardless of this little speed bump. Their relationship has been written realistically thus far and should continue to be written as such. Therefore, the shooter situation should make them realize that they should work through their problem, and just be together since that is what they truly want and need.

    Ellen P’s pregnancy was hidden when Meredith gave part of her liver to her father (or was it he kidney?…) Anyway, she was in bed for a while covered up by big blankets and pillows.

    oh my god, i`m so scared i can´t continue watching the finale , so can anyone tell me who dies and who still lives? I hope all the surgeons from mercy west die , except avery (i love him :) ) , so there is a good chance for all my beloved greys characters to carry on living. I’ve read something about the finale on wikipedia but it doesn’t help me that much… :-/
    please tell me :( this stress makes me crazy D:
