Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers: Who’s Not Dying in the Finale?

Alot of fans are stressing over Shonda Rhime’s another apocalyptic finale on Grey’s Anatomy season 8 — who will face yet another sticky end among the cast? I know that you might be rooting for someone you love, but I’m afraid sources still have no 100% confirmation on who will get the tragic demise. But if it may appease you, I have some scoop on who will be saved.

Michael Ausiello from TV Line teases that the originals — Meredith, Christina, Alex together with Bailey will be safe. Plus, he’s also ruling out Jackson and Sloan.

    Well then I guess the game is over for Derek or Webber. Shonda said one of the original charcters will die so it must be one of them.

    OH …..I cant take another death… i grieved for months when Omalley died… I even gave GA up, ok for just a short time ( then i had to get a puppy ( a scottie) and i named him omalley)  … Anyways  if someone has to go from the original cast, I would have to ask please take the chief… he is older … AND PLEASE spare Mcdreamy…!!!!  AND SHONADA… keep GA…. going for another 8 seasons.. or longer! its my one true love on tv.

    Sadly, my guess is it’s Derek, but also that Mer is pregnant.  I don’t think she had the flu during her boards exam.  Kind of a repeat in a way of the finale a couple of years ago with the shooter, except I expect this time that Mer gets to tell Derek before he dies and won’t miscarry.  I doubt it’s Webber because I think that they are trying to integrate Jackson’s mother into the show and a romance with him is just beginning, while the whole Adele saga may still have a ways to go (i.e., Webber being conflicted about getting serious, etc.)

    As long as it’s not Callie or Arizona, I’m ok.  I love all the characters, but those two are my favorites.  I’m thinking it’ll either be Derek, April, or possibly Adele.  I don’t know if she’s really “beloved” where a lot of the writers would be crying and Shonda would be having a hard time with the decision, but she’s an option.

    I must agree I think it would be best for Webber to die because he is an original character. However it has been said it will be a HUGE deal and Webber dying oppose to someone else is not quite that huge.

    It’s supposedly an original character. Arizona, Callie, April and Lexie were not part of the original cast.

    All I can say is, it better not be Lexie, Sloan, Callie, or Arizona.  We know the original characters are all safe…praise God!  Grey’s wouldn’t be the same without them.  I think it should be April or even Adele (even though I love Adele’s character!)

    I hope it is whoever responsible for writing the scene in every single episode where the characters are eating something.  I guess it’s suppose to make them look casual.  It’s the worst listening to them all talk and eat at the same time.
    And the long, frantic monologues.  Tone it down a bit please.
