Izzie returns to our beloved Seattle Grace during the 12th episode!
A spoiler from Ausiello mentions that Katherine Heigl filmed this episode before her maternity leave which means that Izzie will once again go missing for a stretch of episodes. No word yet on how her absence will be explained.
