Is it just me, or has Glee gotten a bit...lazy with the plot lines since season 1? While it's true the series has always been one for eccentricities and a showcase of oddballs, it's never been a compromise between that and the storylines - or the characters. Which is kind of how I felt about Blaine in "Blame it on the Alcohol" (and I'm not the only one, either). And I fear this spoiler I recently found might be a repeat of lazy writing:
Seems the latest tip via Ausiello is that there's going to be a character death, and right around Regionals to boot. Which of course is going to mess with New Directions' heads, and that's not a good thing before the big competition.
I highly doubt however that it's going to be a major character death, and Entertainment Weekly has said along the same lines. Since it's been hinted at before, the rumored consensus is that it just might be Dave Karofsky (well, we all know Mike O'Malley's character Burt is safe). Would make sense to think so, wouldn't it? Thoughts?
