You heard me right. The title of our first new Glee episode back is "The New Rachel", and just as the boss man Ryan Murphy and crew promised us, season 4 is looking to be quite "epic" as Rachel, as well as the show, begins to mature a bit. We all remember that we last left Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) starting her new life at NYADA in New York - without Finn (Cory Monteith), who at the end of last season joined the army. There is a cute new guy in her life though - Brody (Dean Geyer), a junior at NYADA who's taken an interest in Rachel and her talent.
When Kristin Dos Santos of E! Online's Watch with Kristin recently visited the set of Glee, the scene the cast and crew were filming was a little different than the typical Glee we've been used to - Lea running through a steamy "sex fest" of a Rachel dance number that includes Brody, as well as another new solid addition to the cast, Kate Hudson as Cassandra, Rachel's antagonistic dance instructor (although Kristin lets us know that it is a "classy sexy"...phew).
The number is part of "Britney 2.0", episode 2 of season 4 which also just so happens to be the show's second Britney Spears tribute. (And for those of you who, like me, are a bit skeptical of another Brit tribute, Kristin also tells us that it is "fantastic" and "much better than the first time around".)
But for all you Finchel fans out there, Lea assures us that while it sure doesn't look like it, Rachel and Brody really aren't an "item" yet:
"We haven't really been doing too much together," Lea says when asked about Brody and Rachel's chemistry. "Rachel asks him to help her with this number and that's kind of it for now."

sexiness Glee, you can check out a couple photos taken by E! of Lea Michele's/Rachel Berry's "classy" dance scene below:
