Andrew Rannels, the potrayer of Elijah on HBO’s Girls is exiting part way through the season — the actor tells in an interview with the Huffington Post.
Rannels revealed that the reason behind the exit is majorly about scheduling conflicts. Here’s a brief statement from the Q&A:
I’m the luckiest guy in the world that I had this opportunity to do both of these shows, and it does come down to a scheduling thing and a timing thing. One is shot in Los Angeles and one is here [in New York]. Unfortunately, that’s the way it works.
