NBC orders an abbreviated season of ‘Do No Harm’, an upcoming drama series starring Steven Pasquale.

Deadline reports that the initial order for 13 episodes was cut down to 12, including the pilot. According to the report, the reason behind the reduction is due to matters of scheduling — which means that NBC already has the idea when/where the medical series will begin to air.

‘Do No Harm’ is a modern take on the classic case of Jekyll and Hyde. It follows the life of Dr. Jason Cole, a successful neurosurgeon who has a secret. Every night, he changes into a different, dangerous part of himself named, Ian Price.
