‘Smallville’ actress Laura Vandervoort is exchanging her superpowers for an orange jumpsuit.
The actress will guest-star in an episode of CSI:NY slated to air in January, TV Line has learned exclusively.
Vandervoort will play Macy, a young woman who is just getting out of prison after serving two years for possession of stolen property. Macy claimed all throughout her trial, she was innocent — and now that she’s on the outside, she’s hungry to take vengeance on the boyfriend who left her holding the bag, regardless of the consequences.
‘CSI:NY’ airs every Friday, 9pm on CBS.
