Casting Bits: Gary Cole returning on 'The Good Fight'; Beth Bers, Walton Goggins to guest on 'Big Bang Theory' & more

The Good Fight (CBS All Access)

Gary Cole to reprise his role as Kurt in season 2, showrunners Robert and Michelle King have revealed in a report from TV Line.

When Season 2 picks up, Diane and Kurt are still separated, but have warm feelings for each other.

Kurt has been in Los Angeles for big trial, which has meant a lot of time apart that’s allowed them to postpone the question of what’s next.

Big Bang Theory (CBS)

Beth Behrs (2 Broke Girls) Walton Goggins (Justified) will guest star on the comedy's Jan. 18th episode. 

Behrs, who returns to the CBS and Warner Bros. Television fold, will play Nell, a recently separated school teacher who becomes involved with Raj. Goggins will portray Nell's intense husband, Oliver, who tracks Raj down and confronts him.


Modern Family (ABC)

Mira Sorvino (Lady Dynamite) will guest star on the show's Jan. 17th episode. 

Sorvino will play Nicole Rosemary Page, who is the New Age-y founder of lifestyle brand named Nerp, which just be might be a riff on Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand Goop. Nicole crosses paths with Haley (Sarah Hyland), who has designs on working at Nerp as a style editor.


Brooklyn Nine-Nine (FOX)

Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us) will guest star in season 5B's upcoming bottle episode. 

 The two-time Emmy winner will guest star as a murder suspect in an episode that revolves entirely around his character’s all-night interrogation by Andy Samberg’s Det. Jake Peralta and Andre Braugher’s Captain Holt.


S.W.A.T.  (CBS)

Rapper MC Lyte will guest star on the show's Jan. 18th episode. 

In the episode, titled “K-Town,” MC Lyte plays DEA Special Agent Katrina “K.C.” Walsh, who’s working on a task force aimed at unmasking the secret leader of a Koreatown fentanyl drug smuggling ring. She’s also an old friend of Sgt. Hondo Harrelson (Moore), who appears in the photo with Patrick St. Esprit (Robert Hicks).


Hawaii Five-0 (CBS)

Christine Ko (The Great Indoors) has joined season 8 in a recurring role.

The Great Indoors alum will play Jessie, a recently freed ex-convict whom Adam (Ian Anthony Dale) recruits to help him with his newly formed unit tasked by McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) to take down the most ruthless crime syndicates on the island.

Will and Grace (NBC)

Leigh-Allyn Baker will return as Ellen on the hit comedy's revival.
