We have a bit of a wait until the second half of Supernatural’s season starts up again on January 28, but here we have our first glimpse of that return episode, “Like a Virgin.”
Here’s a burning question for you: Did the burning of Crowley’s bones mean we won’t be seeing him round here no more? It’s not like anyone on this show has come back from the dead before (hey, wait…).
“You need the blood of your father, but your father needn’t be blood.” Bobby might wanna think about not letting Sam in when he comes knocking on his door. Meanwhile, Dean tries to not roll his eyes when Death wants him to fill in for him.
Don’t fear the Reaper! Dean makes a deal with the Horseman to save Sam’s soul, in the all-new episode airing on Friday on the CW.
Death takes a holiday, and in a bid to get Sam’s soul back, Dean agrees to fill in for him. But Sam doesn’t want his soul, and he’s willing to do horrible things (see Bobby and a big axe) to keep from getting it back.
We will be meeting a couple of Cuddy family members when the show returns on January 17. Candice Bergen has been cast as Cuddy’s controlling mother, and Lisa Edelstein tells EW that her mother thinks she knows best.
Dean is working so hard to get Sam’s soul back, he hasn’t stopped to think what condition that soul might be in after spending more than a year trapped in the cage with Michael and Lucifer. Luckily for him, Cas is around to clue him in.
Robo-Sam may be soulless, but he sure is good at getting inside the heads of demons. And that’s handy when you have a loose canon like Meg around.
Since Chuck disappeared last season, there’s been no mention or sight of him. And according to Watch With Kristin, that won’t be changing anytime soon.
We’ll have to wait until January 17 for a new episode of House, which features Candice Bergen as Cuddy’s mom. To tide us over, we get our first look at her in this great sneak peek.
