In casting spoilers, yet another character is being cast for The CW’s hit series Arrow.
Chin Han, famous for his role in The Dark Knight has signed on to a recurring role.
He will be playing Frank Chen who is described as being a successful businessman and old friend of the Queen family.
He has ties to The Undertaking, a mysterious group led by Malcolm Merlyn (guest star John Barrowman) that is up to no good in the Arrow’s home town of Starling City.
