This fall when 90210 returns the pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen will be visiting the famous zip code to preform a song off
of her new album. The song has yet to be determined (perhaps Call Me Maybe?). However, Ms.Jepsen will be featured in the premiere episode of 90210′s season 5 on Monday, Oct. 8. In the episode. Jepsen is the headliner at Adrianna’s Las Vegas premiere, which is interrupted when news gets out about Dixon’s car accident..
Here’s what the executive producers had to say:
“We fell in love with her song when we first heard it, and used it in last season’s finale before it was a national sensation,” said exec producers Patti Carr and Lara Olsen in a joint statement . “We think she’s an exciting artist and are thrilled to be able to have her music on the show again, this time in a live performance in our season premiere.”
