IF U WATCHED SEASON 1 AND 2 IT ALL ADDS UP.JASPER AND LIAM NEVER GOT ALONG AND THEY HATE EACH OTHER.TEDDY PROBABLY WITNESS THE ACCIDENT AND SAW ANNIE.IT CANT BE JASPER BECAUSE ITS TOO OBVIOUS. JASPER DAD TOLD ANNIE THAT HE WAS GONNA SEND JASPER TO A PSYCHIATRY HOSPTIAL SO HE CAN REMEMBER THINGS AND WHEN HE DOES LIAM WAS IN HIS MIND. IN THE END WHEN ANNIE AND LIAM ARE ON THE BOAT DISCUSSING THEIR SECRETS, LIAM CONFESSED THAT HE KILLED JASPER UNCLE AND WHILE JASPER NEARBY IN THE BOAT HEARING THIS BURNS LIAM BOAT.TREVOR DONOVAN SAID ITS SOMEONE WE NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AND THAT MY FREIND IS LIAM.

Or it could jen that killed jasper uncle. if u seen season 1 finale it was jen who planted annie jacket in naomi room. and jen might’ve put something in annie vodka that cause her to feel dizzy and made her hit jasper uncle with the car. jen wanted to kill jasper uncle maybe because she married him and wanted his money remember jen dates rich guys and after jen took all his money he was broke and became homeless.also note jasper uncle donated $100,000 to the school.

how did jasper found out??? easy remember jasper is a stalker and he sneaks in annie room. all he had to do is go through annie computer and find out. he even told annie that all police need is a lead in the case and they just have to go through her internet history.

something just tripped me out. in winter wonderland episode ryan matthews saw adrianna with a bottle of vodka a blue one, weird thing it looks EXACTLY like the bottle annie had when she was driving when she hit jasper uncle with her car.

and annie had a confession letter in her computer and jasper might’ve read it maybe thats how he found out

I don’t think it is Jen or Naomi because they were dealing with the cops at the end of last years finale, Liam is an interesting idea but I don’t think it is going to come from left field like that Teddy guy hinted at. It is probably Jasper or in a last minute decision since he is leaving it will be Rob Estes, after all he was high last year on prom night. Or they can piss off the old fans and make it Kelly.

I thinkt it may been Teddy that ran that guy over. He was the person who found the body&when he did the interview w/ Silver 4 the paper in the beginning of the season he was acting really weird about the whole thing. It is a definate possibility because everyone else was at Naomi’s party except Teddy&Jasper. Jen&Liam were doing it at the party so its unlikely it was them. Another possibility is Naomi cuz she did arrive late 2 her party. So really everyone is accounted 4 at the party except Teddy, Jasper, & Naomi(absent for the 1st 1/2 of the party only). Or like Lois said it may have very well have been Annie&Trevor Donovan is trying 2 throw people off but I have thought that Teddy had somethin 2 do w/the hit&run since the beginning when he acted weird during that interview!

it must be liam because after he had sex with jen, naomi told liam to get the hell out and she told him she didnt want to see him again. and naomi kicked annie out cuz she thought she slept with liam. as u can see liam and annie left at the same time. it must be liam

Though I dont think they should destroy another character on the show by having them run over somebody. Its hard to redeem a character like that as shown with Annie. I like Annie but just because she never killed anyone, she still drove away…

it’s not gonna be annie. i think it’s someone we least expect so that means maybe it’s naomi or navid. but navid was in the hospital with adi so idk how it can be him. it can’t be liam. might be jen since she had a plan to ruin annie or it could be teddy i thought he was weird in that interview too. jasper could be it too. those are the only ppl who i think might have killed that homless guy. i bet u its one of them lol i’ll be suprised if it’s not haha. anyways can’t wait for liam and annie there super cute together (:

i think its teddy think about it first he runs over jasper’s uncle , then he hides in th bushes waiting for some car to appear on the road then throwing unexpectedly the body on the road just as annie is passing then after the uncle is run over again, teddy plays the role of the good samaritan and helps jaspers uncle.
It’s too much of a coincidence like teddy was introduced this season into the show, he’s someone unexpected but has a certain link with all of it.
My other theory is that it could be jasper, maybe he planed all of this because perhaps annie catch his eye in school before the party and he device a plan to be with her but it would be so obvious if it’s jasper like he’s the one i would think would be the most obvious killer and donovan says is someone unexpected like teddy

I hate to say this but the person that ran over the Uncle needs to not be so important to the show. Like Annie’s dad, who is leaving. Or Teddy’s dad. Someone not as important to the show. Also, it could not have been naomi because she geting arrested at the party. So I think it will be someone who is going to possibly affect the show deeply if they are caught. Just my opinion.
