Hassan and his wife nervously wait by the phone for news about their daughter, Jack and Cole team up, and Dana’s past continues to haunt her.
President Hassan has some real family issues. First his brother turns traitor, now his daughter is in mortal danger.
Check out Milton from Office Space, all intense and bad ass (he plays the parole officer of Dana’s dead ex who starts looking into his disappearance). Maybe his being there will improve the Dana subplot (because it can’t get any worse).
The proverbial crap is starting to hit the fan. But doesn’t this seem a bit deja vu? Haven’t we had the “let’s detonate the materials on U.S. soil and send a message” storyline before?
Poor Renee. She’s still a mess after her nervous breakdown, she had to sleep with the Russian guy, and now they’re gonna make her the fall guy (girl) for everything that’s gone wrong so far today?
Oh, no! Jack gets tortured. Again! I hate watching that man in pain. I really wish they would let him retire already.
Sounds like Jack is going to “go all Jack” on the Russians. I love to see everyone panic when he goes off. Part of the fun of watching the show.
Anyone else really sick of this “your name is Jenny and I’m a psychopath” storyline with Dana or whoever the heck she is? Me too.
Renee is deep down in it, Hassan is showing no mercy, and Kiefer Sutherland has found the dorkiest pair of glasses in the history of television to wear in this episode.
So Jack saves Hassan, and his reward is to have to go deeper undercover? Lesson from Day 1 forward on this show: No good deed goes unpunished.
